FIONA MORRISON

Throughout my years at Art School it became clear to me that my Fine Art practice was to always hold an element of humour within it.  My main ambition with my work is to draw a smile to at least one other’s face. It made and still makes serious sense to me that humour incorporated in art should be treated with as much respect as art denoting a serious issue.  I believe that the use of humour in art should not mitigate against its serious consideration.

Having been brought up on a farm I find animals most proceleusmatic as a subject matter.  Oink, oink!
