Immediately after leaving Art School, Brenda worked for
Bernat Klein, manufacturer of tweeds, in Galashiels and
for the great designers of that period, including Chanel
and Yves Saint Laurent.
She taught
in various Glasgow schools but latterly at St. Columba’s
School, Kilmacolm.
Brenda
moved to Gullane in East Lothian in 1970 and started to
paint and exhibited, firstly with the Scottish Society
of Women Artists, then the RSA, RGI and RSW. |
